Norwood Aquatics Club – Winter Stingrays

Great meet yesterday! The coaching staff loved the team spirit and great effort made in all races by our swimmers. We have four more meets and if your swimmer plans on swimming in the season end meets, they need to have swum in AT LEAST FIVE (5) DUAL MEETS. The tri-meet versus Westwood and Westboro at the beginning of the season counted as TWO (2) DUAL MEETS.

We have ADDED a workout this week on Thursday, 1/26 at Dedham. Workout times are 3:30 – 4:30 (Gold II, Pre-Junior, Junior and Senior Groups) and 4:30 – 5:00 (Little Ray, Blue and Gold).
